Do not submit sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, production credentials, private customer data, regulated data, or sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email.
Private repository access
Private repository access is coordinated separately after intake. Ready? Check… Launch! prefers read-only, least-privilege, time-limited access or a guided screen share where appropriate.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, scope services, provide audits and hardening sprints, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-party providers
Third-party providers may include hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling, payment processing, and AI tooling providers.
AI-assisted work
Business AI tools may be used to support analysis, drafting, review, or implementation. Ready? Check… Launch! will not intentionally submit client secrets or sensitive production credentials into AI tools.
Deletion requests
